These days, many students and workers in a company sleep very late. Furthermore, some people don't sleep! Students hate to complete their assignments from academies or school. Also, they have to prepare for a test at school. They only have time to do homework at night. So, automatically, they sleep very little. A worker is busy too. In a company, the closing time is 6pm, but many workers in a company stay, because, they have too many things to do in the office. Both,the students and the worker get stressed, and they want to sleep. Sadly, they don't sleep enough. Even more sadly, I don't sleep enough either. 

        I have to do a lot of homework from the academy and school. But, I only have time to do homework at night. Even now, I am writing this essay at night! So, I can't get enough sleep. When I sleep, I sleep very, very quickly. Because I'm tired. But, in the morning, when I wake up, I feel more tired. I can't wake up easily. But, when I sleep quickly, I can wake up easily.

     There is a funny thing that happened. I had a pajama party where I played with my friend all night. When I played with my friend, I never got tired, not even in night. I don't know why playing with my friend makes me a short sleeper for a while. At camp, I didn't feel tired either. I think I only feel tired when studying.

     Some students drink caffeine to stay awake. But, when you really need to sleep, caffeine will interrupt your sleep. Also, the caffeine blocks a young student's growth so I don't recommend drinking caffeine to keep you awake. Growth is more important than studying.

       In the world, people still do not get enough sleep. As the economy develops, people become busy, so they don't have enough free time.They always obsess over work. They only think about work.They need free time and sleeping time. A student's parents and a company's boss must give free time. Students must sleep early. We will
