  In Korea, students can't get much sleep because they need to study at night. To pass the test, they need to study at night even on holidays. Even though they study hard at daytime, they can't pass if they don't study at night. So many people drink or eat caffiene to keep themselves awake. I have tried once in a camp. I didn't sleep full night to play, but once the lesson started, I couldn't be awaken because I haven't get any sleep. I am not a short sleeper, so I need full night sleep.

 

   My body gets tired when I have little sleep. Instead of studying, I can't concentrate studying and fall asleep. If we don't sleep, our brain cannot refresh and rest, so your body feel tired. As a result, our body rests automatically. In fact, we can see lots of people who sleep in school because they are tired. Because they sleep in school, so they study at night. And the negative cycle goes on and on. Many people drink coffee to keep themselves awake. Also, because they keep on drinking caffeine, their body become addicted to caffeine. It can lead to lots of problems such as insomina. Few hours are not enough for a child to sleep. I sleep at least 8 hours regularly. Sometimes I sleep 10 hours a day. Even though I sleep a lot, if I break the cycle and don't sleep a lot, it is hard to my job. When I break the cycle, I begin to feel drowsy and sleepy at school. It is not good to be caught while I sleep, so I try to be unnoticed.


   Therefore, I feel like I need more than 8 hours of sleep a day, to keep me awake and not to be caught in academies of sleeping there. And I think that I need to sleep regularly to prevent getting health problems. Newspaper articles are showing that less sleep can lead  to many  health problems. At last, I want to ask you a question. Do you have enough sleep? And do you really have a good night's sleep?
